EVERLASTING MINISTRIES Encounter Retreat

We're excited to invite you to Everlasting Encounter a week-long discipleship retreat for girls who have just completed 6th – 12th grade and who have surrendered their life to the Lord and want to grow closer in their relationship with Him.  Girls will learn about worship, Bible reading, prayer, service, and pursuing God in all areas of life in the beautiful setting of the Northwest Georgia mountains.  Other activities during the week will include swimming, hiking, fishing, crafting, and cooking.

Dates: July 2026  (exact dates will be posted soon)

Cost: $250

Location: LaFayette, Georgia

Application Process for interested girls:

1. Applications for the 2026 Encounter Retreat are not yet open.  (Applicants will need to list the contact information for a godly adult leader who is willing to complete a recommendation for them. The Everlasting Leadership Team will email this person a request for a recommendation.)

2. Once the application and completed recommendation are received, the applicant will be contacted by the Everlasting Leadership Team to let them know if they are being offered a position at the retreat. If offered a position, the applicant should complete the registration form and pay the $50.00 non-refundable deposit.

3. The total amount for the retreat ($250.00) is due by June 15th to save the attendee's spot at the retreat. (Only 24 spots are available for this week-long retreat.)

The curriculum for the 2026 Retreat is still being finalized but it will be similar to what was done in 2025 when girls spent about an hour a day studying and discussing topics such as how to study your Bible, worship, service, prayer, etc.
