“Everlasting Encounter”
We're excited to invite you to Everlasting Encounter a week-long discipleship camp for girls who have just completed 9th – 12th grade and who have surrendered their life to the Lord and want to grow closer in their relationship with Him. Girls will learn about worship, Bible reading, prayer, service, and pursuing God in all areas of life in the beautiful setting of the Northwest Georgia mountains. Other activities during the week will include swimming, hiking, fishing, crafting, and cooking.
Dates: July 18th – 22nd
Cost: $125
Location: Summerville, Georgia
Because of the discipleship focus of this camp, it is specifically for girls who are Christians and have committed their lives to the Lord.
Girls who are interested in attending should complete the application HERE and find a godly adult leader in their life who is willing to complete a recommendation for them. (This camp is over for 2022)

Bible Study: Girls will spend about an hour a day in group discussion and Bible Study as we work through portions of the Encountering God for Teen Girls Bible Study by Kelly Minter. They will also spend an additional hour of time in personal Bible Study time each day, reflecting on what they have learned and completing assignments in their workbook. Sometimes these hour-long personal study times will be divided into shorter portions of time.
Fun Time: Each day, girls will have activities such as swimming, crafting, hiking, games, etc. In the evenings, they will have more fun activities such as group games, bonfire & s’mores, and movie night.
Cooking: Groups of girls will take turns preparing meals or cleaning up after meals. When it’s a group’s turn to prepare a meal, the girls will learn cooking tips and tricks from ladies who love to cook and have volunteered their time to teach the girls.
Service Project: On Thursday, the girls will serve together on a service project in the community, putting into practice some of the things they have learned throughout the week.
Cabins: Girls will stay in cabins with 4 other girls. (4 campers + 1 Cabin Leader in each cabin.) Girls will be assigned to room with girls in their grade level in school or a close grade level.
Goal: The goal of this discipleship week is to encourage girls to dive deeper into their relationship with God and to teach them about developing healthy disciplines of the faith. Because of the discipleship focus of this camp, it is specifically for girls who are Christians and have committed their life to the Lord; however, girls are not expected to be Bible experts when they come to camp. An eagerness to learn more about God is all that is needed.
